- Monitor regulatory developments and maintain current drug information
- Support creation of product reports
- Provide scientific oversight for external curation teams
- Respond to customer feedback
- Conduct training sessions for users
- Contribute scientific expertise to interdisciplinary project teams
- Support development of high-value digital solutions
