• Experience in leading junior data engineers
• Experience with Python, SQL Query Development, Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, ETL Development, Testing, Data Integration, AWS Development, Data Modeling, Data Vault, Data Warehousing, Git, CI/CD, Code Reviews, Data Lineage, JSON
• Client-facing project experience in collaborative teams
• Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA) and Quality systems
• Experience with AI-driven data solutions and machine learning pipelines

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and storage solutions
• Lead the creation of FAIR data products
• Collaborate with process experts to model data landscapes
• Acquire, ingest, and process data from diverse sources
• Develop ERDs and reusable pipelines with data scientists
• Uphold data governance standards for regulatory compliance
• Address data quality issues to maintain asset accuracy
• Follow best practices in data engineering and validation
