- Proven track record in project work within pharmaceutical industry
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA)
- Solid understanding of quality systems
- Basic proficiency in UMP or BPMN for requirement gathering
- SQL/fundamental Python for data extraction, transformation, and visualisation
- Ability to design conceptual and logical data models
- Experience with business facing systems (SAC, SAP GUI, ELN, LIMS, MES, LES) is a plus
- Skilled at understanding technical processes
- Skilled at translating technical processes into actionable business insights
- Fluent in Jira, HP ALM, and Agile delivery methodologies
- Self-starter who proactively seeks to optimize processes, tools, and organizational workflows
- Excel at coaching others
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with test automation processes
- Rigorous approach to data qualification
