Aufgaben

  • •Work with the Director of Production Europe and local management teams
  • •Create a European roadmap for scaling initiatives
  • •Manage cross-departmental initiatives with Production and People teams
  • •Focus on recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention for blue-collar employees
  • •Create and maintain EU-level reporting for KPIs related to recruitment and training
  • •Measure changes in KPIs like skill matrix and training progress
  • •Coordinate a streamlined onboarding process at production centers
  • •Ensure fast integration into teams to support double-digit growth
  • •Collaborate with trainers to identify training needs and develop programs
  • •Partner with external organizations to enhance training and recruitment efforts
