In this role, you will focus on developing a scaling roadmap for the Production Department while leading initiatives that enhance recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve creating reporting systems and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless integration and consistent training outcomes.

Aufgaben

• •Develop and implement a scaling roadmap for the Production Department
• •Lead cross-department scaling initiatives with Production and HR teams
• •Focus on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention
• •Create and maintain scalable reporting systems for KPIs
• •Measure changes in recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention metrics
• •Introduce new dashboards and automated tools for tracking
• •Define and improve the onboarding process across production centers
• •Monitor scalability and process efficiency through quantitative analysis
• •Collaborate with trainers to scale training programs
• •Ensure consistent delivery and outcomes across teams
• •Drive collaboration with external partners for recruiting and training
• •Benchmark and implement best-in-class scalable practices
