- •Develop and implement a scaling roadmap for the Production Department
- •Lead cross-department scaling initiatives with Production and HR teams
- •Focus on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention
- •Create and maintain scalable reporting systems for KPIs
- •Measure changes in recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention metrics
- •Introduce new dashboards and automated tools for tracking
- •Define and improve the onboarding process across production centers
- •Monitor scalability and process efficiency through quantitative analysis
- •Collaborate with trainers to scale training programs
- •Ensure consistent delivery and outcomes across teams
- •Drive collaboration with external partners for recruiting and training
- •Benchmark and implement best-in-class scalable practices
