- Design and steer HR setup for new regions
- Organize HR-related aspects for opening new regions
- Create an HR Go-To-Market blueprint
- Manage cross-team aspects and keep stakeholders informed
- Oversee key annual HR cycles
- Support core HR processes and initiatives
- Evaluate and implement new tools and processes
- Review and adjust existing HR processes
- Ensure effective stakeholder management
- Lead special HR projects with cross-functional scope
- Collaborate on cross-regional salary and benefits landscape
- Support the HR team with ongoing and ad hoc matters
