Anforderungen
- University degree in business administration, economics, or comparable course of study, ideally with focus on Controlling, HR or Finance, with very good results
- Several years of relevant working experience and demonstrable success in Controlling (preferably HR Controlling), HR related areas (job classification, compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, equal opportunity compliance), and Finance
- Comprehensive business knowledge covering energy industry and IT, with a clear desire to expand knowledge
- Very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced knowledge in SAP (HR, CO module, SAP BW) and information management systems
- Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn HRIS, payroll, and employee management software
- Excellent team working skills and willingness to work in a motivating team environment
- Very good numerical and analytical skills with ability to interpret and communicate extensive data and information in a structured manner, including dealing with complex transactions/commercial issues
- High personal credibility and ability to interact trustfully and effectively in an international environment with stakeholders on all levels, fluent English skills (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Act as HR Controlling Business Partner for Senior Management
- Coordinate, perform, and optimize global HR mid-term planning and forecasting
- Develop processes for consolidating HR data across teams, legal entities, and countries
- Review, evaluate, comment on, and challenge planning data for mid-term plans, forecasts, and budgets
- Monitor and analyze personnel cost developments against budget and financial targets
- Provide transparency on actual cost development using tools like position plans
- Create high-quality management reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses
- Present key results to top management
- Maintain and develop cost controlling governance and profit/cost center frameworks
- Increase the accuracy of cost allocations
- Consolidate Human Resource data and commentary for quarterly reporting, forecasting, and planning
- Improve the quality and digitalization of HR management reporting and tools
- Enhance Controlling processes and the IT landscape
- Contribute HR controlling expertise to special projects like IT optimizations, reorganizations, or strategic planning
- Act as an interface to stakeholders in Human Resources, Controlling, and Business Functions on HR controlling topics
