- Act as a Business Partner for RWE Offshore Directors on Controlling matters
- Assist with HR Controlling related matters for RWE Offshore Directors
- Maintain and report on the position plan
- Report on FTE developments
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Consolidate data for quarterly reporting and planning
- Analyze data for quarterly reporting and planning
- Provide commentary for quarterly reporting and planning
- Support the creation of management reports
- Support the creation of ad-hoc analysis for senior management
- Support mid-term planning processes
- Contribute to developing the data consolidation process
- Connect and optimize IT applications for data consolidation
- Act as an interface with stakeholders in controlling, HR, and business
- Support projects regarding optimization in Controlling
- Support projects regarding cost efficiencies in Controlling
