- Customer-focused approach and understanding of customers’ expectations in HPC environment
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated success in directing large programs
- Orchestration and leading deployment teams
- Experience in matrix, cross-functional teams
- Business fluency in English and German language

Aufgaben
- Deliver large-scale HPC and AI deployment programs
- Run multiple deployment programs simultaneously
- Develop, publish, and maintain program schedules
- Track action items and report progress
- Manage risks and provide risk reports
- Plan and chair internal and customer program meetings
- Escalate issues and communicate with HPE and customer management
- Manage program financials, including P&L and forecasts
- Coordinate facility planning with customers and manage infrastructure work
- Oversee HPE's subcontractors as per contract requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate system manufacturing and factory testing
- Manage transportation and physical installation of systems
- Oversee system stabilization and site checkout
- Plan and manage all acceptance testing
- Prepare for system operations
- Conduct post-acceptance planning and satisfaction reviews
- Transition to ongoing support after acceptance
- Manage client relationships with upper-level management stakeholders
- Represent the organization to external customers and clients
- Manage internal and external resources with a team of less than 40 people
- Mentor and encourage skills development of team members
- Provide performance review input and development recommendations
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales on bid responses and future program planning
