- •6–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- •Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot
- •Proven track record of improving email engagement
- •Experience activating intent data
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Clear, effective communication skills
- •Collaborative working style
- •Comfort owning strategy and hands-on execution
- •Experience using AI for content creation
- •Comfort working with BI tools or SQL
- •Experience with ABM or product-led growth
- •Experience with additional marketing automation platforms

- •Own and execute email and lifecycle programs
- •Manage lifecycle stages from onboarding to expansion
- •Ensure strong deliverability and healthy email lists
- •Build and optimize HubSpot workflows and lead scoring
- •Manage lifecycle and campaign attribution with RevOps
- •Turn intent signals into targeted campaigns
- •Collaborate with SDRs to enhance lead quality and conversion
- •Analyze funnel performance and run conversion experiments
- •Align messaging with Paid, SDR, Field, and RevOps teams
- •Interpret performance data to guide optimization
- •Track and report on lead growth and email engagement
