- Build and scale Account-Based Marketing for target accounts
- Analyze the funnel from first touch to revenue
- Collaborate with Sales and founders on ICPs, accounts, and messaging
- Test bold ideas and quickly eliminate weak ones
- Track MQLs, pipeline, CAC, and revenue impact
- Focus on outcomes rather than activity
- Ensure a predictable, scalable demand generation engine is operational
- Establish trust between Sales and Marketing through high pipeline quality
- Develop repeatable growth channels for Paid Social and ABM
- Maintain transparency and measurability of TOFO performance tied to revenue
- Prepare to step into a Head of Demand Generation role
