- Strong project management skills
- Ability to oversee multiple compliance initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- German language skills (plus)
- Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple geographies
- Proactive mindset
- Ability to address compliance challenges pragmatically and solution-oriented
- Experience with compliance monitoring tools (advantage)
- Experience with data-driven compliance analysis (advantage)
Aufgaben
- Lead strategic compliance initiatives
- Support Head of Compliance in decision-making and policy development
- Support design, implementation, and management of compliance programs
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Lead compliance risk assessments
- Identify compliance vulnerabilities
- Implement mitigation for anti-bribery, sanctions, and fraud risks
- Develop and maintain compliance and data privacy policies
- Ensure alignment with global regulations, including GDPR
- Oversee compliance projects and data protection initiatives
- Oversee rollout of compliance controls
- Conduct and support global compliance investigations
- Report investigation findings
- Provide actionable recommendations to management
- Design and execute compliance training and e-learning courses
- Promote awareness of ethical and legal responsibilities
- Advise management and business units on compliance
- Provide clear, actionable compliance insights
- Conduct regular compliance audits
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure effectiveness of compliance programs
- Support maintenance of data protection framework
- Act as a business partner for data privacy matters
- Prepare concise, insightful compliance reports
- Prepare KPI reports for management and the Board
