- Practical experience with sanctions and embargo compliance
- Practical experience with third-party due diligence processes
- Practical experience with policy drafting and implementation
- Fluent English (written/spoken) and professional working German
- Strong organizational skills and structured working style
- Independent, structured, and risk-based working style
- High level of integrity and sound judgment
- Experience in compliance trainings or e-learning module development (desired)
- Familiarity with compliance tools (screening/policy management) (desired)
- Experience in technology-driven or international company (desired)
- Experience in data protection compliance (e.g., GDPR) (desired)
- Exposure to ESG or sustainability regulatory frameworks (desired)
- Compliance Certification (e.g., ICA, SCCE) (plus)
Aufgaben
- Design and deliver global compliance training programs
- Conduct regular compliance onboarding sessions
- Document employee participation in onboarding
- Draft, review, and maintain internal compliance policies
- Conduct sanctions and embargo screenings
- Perform risk-based third-party assessments
- Support NDA review and compliance contract processes
- Implement data protection requirements
- Monitor regulatory developments
- Support internal compliance reporting
- Support ESG and sustainability compliance initiatives
