- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- German language skills (a plus)
- Flexibility and proactivity
- Team player skills
- Comfort working across strategic and hands-on operational tasks
- Comfort working in a small team environment
- Strong project coordination skills in cross-functional and IT-driven contexts
Aufgaben
- Lead design, implementation, and management of compliance framework.
- Draft, review, and update internal compliance policies.
- Ensure adherence to Swiss AML, KYC, and CDB rules.
- Act as key compliance contact for operational and regulatory projects.
- Participate in IT-led compliance initiatives.
- Provide expertise in system-supported processes (Avaloq, CLM).
- Support enhancements to promote compliance efficiency.
- Conduct compliance reviews and internal controls testing.
- Support regulatory reporting and remediation activities.
- Engage with internal stakeholders (front office, operations, legal, IT).
