Anforderungen

- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in similar role overseeing group accounting following IFRS
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and application experience in commercial environment
- Ability to work independently and on a standalone basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- SAP and Lucanet skills
- Fluent in German and English
Aufgaben
- Set up inter-company policies
- Manage inter-company transactions
- Support finance team with bookkeeping
- Reconcile inter-company accounts
- Ensure accurate financial transaction recording
- Implement IFRS in SAP S4/HANA and subsidiaries
- Develop accounting policies and procedures
- Ensure IFRS compliance
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Coordinate with external auditors and advisors
- Ensure timely financial statement consolidation
- Develop financial controls
- Participate in group-wide finance projects
