- CPA, tax advisor, or auditor certification
- Deep HGB and IFRS expertise
- Extensive SAP S/4HANA design/implementation experience
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- English and German fluency
- No affiliations with countries listed under § 13 para. 1 no. 17 SÜG
Aufgaben
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS)
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete consolidation of all group entities
- Develop and maintain group accounting policies and reporting standards
- Collaborate closely with Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and local Finance teams
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal guidelines
- Oversee the internal control system (ICS) related to accounting
- Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors and authorities
- Act as key functional owner for SAP S/4HANA in Accounting
- Optimize and harmonize accounting processes across the group
- Demonstrate strong hands-on approach in operational and system topics
- Advise senior management and global stakeholders
- Ensure clear, transparent, and targeted communication across all levels
