Anforderungen
- •5+ years software engineering experience
- •Full-stack development and cloud experience
- •Expertise in AI agents or backend
- •Track record delivering cloud-native systems
- •Problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills
- •Independent and team-based software delivery
- •Experience productionizing AI agents
- •Experience with LangChain, MCP, and RAG
- •Experience with traditional ML tasks
- •Understanding of LLMs and fine-tuning
- •Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA
Aufgaben
- •Design and implement full-stack applications and AI agents
- •Develop platform components for GenAI deployment and validation
- •Build developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines
- •Implement observability for cost and quality telemetry
- •Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
- •Perform threat modeling and ensure least privilege access
- •Collaborate with product and UX teams on customer solutions
- •Apply LLM patterns like RAG and routing
- •Optimize AI systems for reliability and lower costs
- •Write high-quality and maintainable code
