- 5+ years software engineering experience
- Full-stack development and cloud experience
- Expertise in AI agents or backend
- Track record delivering cloud-native systems
- Problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills
- Independent and team-based software delivery
- Experience productionizing AI agents
- Experience with LangChain, MCP, and RAG
- Experience with traditional ML tasks
- Understanding of LLMs and fine-tuning
- Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA
Aufgaben
- Design and implement full-stack applications and AI agents
- Develop platform components for GenAI deployment and validation
- Build developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines
- Implement observability for cost and quality telemetry
- Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
- Perform threat modeling and ensure least privilege access
- Collaborate with product and UX teams on customer solutions
- Apply LLM patterns like RAG and routing
- Optimize AI systems for reliability and lower costs
- Write high-quality and maintainable code
