Lead/Staff Full Stack Engineer, AI Platform & Agents(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Full-stack development and cloud experience
• Expertise in AI agents or backend development
• Delivery of secure cloud-native systems
• Problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
• Independent and team-based software delivery
• Experience taking AI agents to production
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG
• Experience in traditional machine learning tasks
• Understanding of LLMs and fine-tuning techniques
• Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA frameworks
• Participation in interviews without AI assistance
• Willingness to appear onsite for recruitment

Aufgaben

• Design and implement full-stack applications and AI agents
• Develop platform components for GenAI deployment and validation
• Build developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability systems
• Monitor cost and quality telemetry for fast iteration
• Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
• Collaborate with product and UX teams on customer solutions
• Utilize LLM patterns like RAG and tool-use
• Optimize AI systems for reliability and lower costs
• Drive technical architecture and mentor other engineers
• Take hands-on ownership of large-scale engineering projects
