You will lead the development of a global GenAI platform, building the tools and full-stack applications that empower critical decision-making across the healthcare, legal, and tax industries.

Anforderungen

• •8+ years of software engineering experience
• •Full‑stack development and cloud experience
• •Expertise in AI, backend, or frontend
• •Track record delivering cloud‑native systems
• •Problem‑solving, ownership, and communication skills
• •Independent and team-based software delivery
• •Experience productionizing AI agents
• •Experience with LangChain, MCP, and RAG
• •Experience with traditional ML tasks
• •Understanding of LLMs and fine-tuning
• •Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA frameworks

Aufgaben

• •Design and implement full-stack applications and AI agents
• •Develop platform components for GenAI deployment and validation
• •Build developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability systems
• •Monitor cost, quality telemetry, and rollout performance
• •Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
• •Perform threat modeling and implement least-privilege access
• •Collaborate with product and UX teams on customer solutions
• •Apply LLM patterns like RAG, routing, and tool-use
• •Optimize AI systems for reliability and lower cost-per-query
• •Drive technical architecture and mentor other engineers
• •Take hands-on ownership of large-scale engineering projects
