Anforderungen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Full‑stack development and cloud experience
• Expertise in AI, backend, or frontend
• Track record delivering cloud‑native systems
• Problem‑solving, ownership, and communication skills
• Independent and team-based software delivery
• Experience productionizing AI agents
• Experience with LangChain, MCP, and RAG
• Experience with traditional ML tasks
• Understanding of LLMs and fine-tuning
• Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA frameworks

Aufgaben

• Design and implement full-stack applications and AI agents
• Develop platform components for GenAI deployment and validation
• Build developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability systems
• Monitor cost, quality telemetry, and rollout performance
• Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
• Perform threat modeling and implement least-privilege access
• Collaborate with product and UX teams on customer solutions
• Apply LLM patterns like RAG, routing, and tool-use
• Optimize AI systems for reliability and lower cost-per-query
• Drive technical architecture and mentor other engineers
• Take hands-on ownership of large-scale engineering projects
