- Builder mindset and leadership capabilities to recruit and scale a team
Aufgaben
- Define the operational blueprint for AV fleet management in Europe
- Design short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategies for autonomous vehicle management
- Lead negotiations with potential fleet management partners
- Oversee AV partnership operations in Europe
- Resolve issues and manage billing reconciliation for AV partners
- Track analytics and KPIs for AV operations
- Analyze customer feedback for AV partnerships
- Manage end-to-end fleet deployment for Baidu and other partners in Europe
- Develop vehicle maintenance workflows to ensure asset quality
- Ensure partners maintain Lyft-owned assets to rigorous standards
- Optimize depot and operations while adhering to process standards
- Build and lead an operational team to manage fleet partner relationships
