- 5+ years experience in Fleet Management, Asset-heavy Mobility Operations, or Logistics
- Experience in high-growth or tech environment ideally
- Experience in deploying fleets or managing complex operational rollouts
- Exposure to the Autonomous Vehicle sector as a strong plus
- Track record of managing third-party vendors, fleet partners, or maintenance providers
- Ability to manage P&L components, billing reconciliation, and operational KPIs
- Data-driven optimization and asset integrity skills
- Fluency in English and German as an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently to London, Germany, and United States
- Comfortable as individual contributor with leadership capabilities to scale teams
Aufgaben
- Define the European operational blueprint for autonomous vehicle management
- Design localized business models for diverse European markets
- Lead negotiations with potential fleet management partners
- Oversee European AV partnership operations and issue resolution
- Manage billing reconciliation and performance analytics
- Track KPIs and analyze customer feedback
- Direct end-to-end fleet deployment for international partners
- Develop vehicle maintenance workflows to ensure asset quality
- Optimize depot operations and process standards
- Build and lead a specialized operational team
