Anforderungen
- Minimum 3 years experience in business aviation sales, aircraft operations, B2B client relationship management
- Strong understanding of charter pricing, aircraft positioning, commercial decision-making
- Fleet utilization data analysis, market demand, operational constraints
- Long-term relationship building with brokers
- High organizational skills, managing multiple requests, schedules, client requirements
- Quick, effective decision-making in dynamic environment
- Collaborative approach for OCC department coordination
- Ownership in daily commercial operations, senior point of contact
- Willingness to work shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Fluent English, professional working German (preferred), additional languages (advantageous)
- Completed study in Aviation Management, Tourism Management, or Business Administration (beneficial)
- Ability to obtain/maintain valid ZÜP (§7 LuftSiG)
- Unrestricted EU passport or right to live/work in EU
- Fleet utilization data analysis for operational optimization
- Strong communication skills, client relationship building, internal team coordination
- Organizational skills, managing multiple tasks, schedules, client requirements
- Problem-solving abilities, quick/effective decision-making in dynamic environment
- Team player, collaborative approach for smooth operations
- Stress resilience, calm and effective under pressure
