- Proven track record in IT solution sales/consulting with German airports/public transit operators, ideally with existing customer relationships
- Established network among German airport/public transit stakeholders, understanding internal processes and digitalization priorities
- In-depth understanding of regulatory landscape (KRITIS, NIS2, BSI IT-Grundschutz, KRITIS-Dachgesetz)
- Familiarity with partner/consulting ecosystem and knowledge of public procurement law (Vergaberecht), framework agreements, EVB-IT contracts
- Understanding of core operational processes in airports/public transit and ability to connect to IT solutions
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in regulated organizations
- Native-level German
- Good command of English
