Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience
- Preferred 5 years experience in Data Centers or Pharma projects
- Experience in electrical system design and commissioning
- Familiarity with site inspections and safety regulations
- Knowledge of engineering software
- Understanding of MV & LV power distribution
- Advanced German (B1 or B2) and fluent English
- Strong work ethic and independent workstyle
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Aufgaben
- Manage electrical packages from design through handover
- Lead electrical subcontractors and trade interfaces
- Oversee MV/LV scopes and busbar systems
- Coordinate earthing, bonding, and energisation processes
- Manage LOTO procedures and site electrical safety
- Provide technical advisory during preconstruction and tendering
- Review design specifications, drawings, and cable schedules
- Manage technical queries, RFIs, and submittals
- Utilize 3D BIM coordination for clash resolution
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Implement site safety plans and RAMS control
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and switching plans
- Supervise SAP, AP, and authorized electrical personnel
- Track project schedules and procurement timelines
- Monitor subcontractor progress and manpower levels
- Manage daily site operations and weekly reporting
- Track costs to ensure efficient project execution
