Anforderungen

• •Degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or technical apprenticeship
• •Five years experience in similar position
• •Experience on DPR Core Market projects
• •Knowledge of project management software
• •Knowledge of scheduling software
• •Knowledge of BIM software (ACC, Navisworks, or similar)
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• •Familiarity with local regulations and industry norms
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Strong work ethic and construction passion
• •Proactive, hands-on approach
• •Effective team coordination and clear communication
• •Collaboration with all stakeholders

Aufgaben

• •Coordinate and manage electrical trades
• •Negotiate with specialist engineers and subcontractors
• •Execute and coordinate project quality plans
• •Perform benchmarking and site inspections

• •Verify invoices based on site progress
