Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent
- •Several years of relevant experience in global marketing and communication, preferably in B2C and agriculture/dairy sectors
- •5+ years of proven leadership experience with a global mindset
- •Expertise in Customer Experience Management and strategic marketing across EU and non-EU markets
- •Strong knowledge of project management, digital marketing, PR, and events
- •High affinity for new technologies and innovation in marketing and sales
- •Strong presentation and communication skills
- •Self-starter with a can-do attitude and high service orientation
- •Team player with strong collaboration skills
- •Excellent English skills; additional languages (e.g., German, Chinese, Spanish) are a plus
- •Readiness for worldwide travel
