Aufgaben
- Lead a global team of Marketing and Communication Managers
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of marketing campaigns
- Align product launches with divisional and country strategies
- Drive customer-centric marketing and communication initiatives
- Enhance overall customer experience
- Ensure collaboration between divisional marketing and regional teams
- Engage with over 1,000 dealerships and stakeholders
- Monitor marketing performance through central KPIs
- Measure efficiency, impact, and ROI
- Promote a consistent global brand image
- Adapt strategies to local cultures and customer expectations
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
