In this role, you will lead a team focused on adapting and developing products for local markets, ensuring they meet customer needs while driving sales and market share growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic communication, competitor analysis, and innovative product management.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Agriculture, Business development, marketing, or comparable
• •Proven experience in a leadership position within the agricultural sector, specializing in sales or product management
• •Experience in change processes and fast changing organizations
• •Proven background in managing global teams
• •Professional experience in enacting change within a matrix organization
• •Communication, leadership, and accountability
• •Proven 'can do' attitude to go beyond the regular scope of responsibilities
• •Ability to use own initiative
• •Willingness to travel worldwide
• •Fluency in English (German would be a benefit)

Aufgaben

• •Collaborate with local farmers and dealers to adapt products to customer needs
• •Oversee order intake, sales, and P&L from conception to phase-out
• •Communicate product line management strategies to upper management
• •Highlight product values and create sales pitches, including presentations and training
• •Implement new concepts and business models for products
• •Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence to steer market share development
• •Break down targets and ambition levels by product line, tracking and reporting product sales
• •Monitor market requirements to achieve growth targets
• •Manage product pricing and product margin
