Aufgaben
- Develop and execute expansion plans for Switzerland
- Manage Switzerland P&L and operational budget
- Build and lead multifunctional management team
- Collaborate with corporate functional leaders
- Plan and execute product launches in Switzerland
- Develop market access, pricing, and medical affairs strategies
- Advocate for patient access through government and industry relationships
- Represent the company in Swiss healthcare policy forums
- Evaluate competitive environment and portfolio compounds
- Identify opportunities and challenges in oncology market
- Set key launch and financial performance metrics
- Provide input for Mid-Sized Markets and Global Clinical Development Plans
- Ensure appropriate Swiss site selection and compliance
- Negotiate and manage local distributor and third-party contracts
- Negotiate consultant and agency contracts for pre-launch and launch
- Foster a culture aligned with global RevMed values
- Build and develop the country organization
- Establish commercial processes and governance
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence
- Implement country governance, risk management, and compliance framework
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Serve as business partners to Development and Clinical Operations
