- Deliver business solutions for Human Pharma
- Model business requirements in analytics systems with IT
- Manage prioritization and implementation of digital projects
- Drive and deliver global digitalization projects with HP Departments, IT, BI-X, and partners
- Provide advanced analytics support for HP sites globally
- Promote digitalization within the Human Pharma organization
- Build data-driven approaches, digital knowledge pool, and network
- Support necessary change processes for digitalization
- Lead complex global data science and AI initiatives
- Act as a subject matter expert for business stakeholders
- Act as a strategic partner for business stakeholders
- Mentor and develop Data Scientists
- Drive best practices in data science and AI
- Drive technical excellence in data science and AI
- Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies
