- Document requirements in Business Scope Statements
- Collaborate with IT on accounting and data flows
- Manage and coach project resources
- Oversee solution testing for quality assurance
- Ensure accuracy of technical and financial documentation
- Transfer finalized solutions to data governance teams
- Provide guidance on complex finance and accounting operations
- Design user-focused documentation
- Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption
- Gather and challenge business and operational requirements
- Optimize system landscapes for data integration
- Define project scope and structure documentation
- Allocate work packages and ensure delivery quality
- Provide strategic input during senior management steering meetings
- Determine effective project management methodologies
- Execute project plans aligned with data flow designs
