- Transform business requirements into system-based concepts
- Document requirements in Business Scope Statements
- Manage and deliver complex logistics projects independently
- Align business needs across multiple stakeholders
- Define project plans and realistic timelines
- Track project progress, milestones, and budgets
- Facilitate workshops to challenge the status quo
- Identify and manage cross-functional process dependencies
- Resolve bottlenecks and de-escalate project conflicts
- Manage end-to-end solution and user acceptance testing
- Hand over finalized processes to governance teams
- Create technical documentation and user training materials
- Design and deploy change management initiatives
- Provide expert guidance to second-level support teams
- Coach colleagues on end-to-end process integration
- Lead initiatives to optimize subsidiary data quality
