- Depth knowledge of manufacturing execution applications and process improvement expertise in new product introduction
- High experience in translating business requirements to system integration concepts
- Verifiable experience in project and program management
- System affinity, conceptual strength, holistic view
- Strong analytical skills, solution/process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative, collaborative, teamwork, ability to work under pressure and self-dependently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- End to End Operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred
Aufgaben
- Support senior managers in process and feature development
- Translate business and process requirements into functional concepts
- Manage and track projects independently
- Ensure a holistic end-to-end view
- Highlight cross-functional dependencies
- Align business needs and target state with stakeholders
- Optimize process and system landscape
- Collect, derive, and challenge business requirements
- Align requirements with cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide objective and holistic perspectives
- Secure end-to-end integration of changes
- Shape processes and systems for lean manufacturing
- Secure detailed requirement documentation (BSS)
- Hand over documentation to IT
- Define and schedule use-case specific work packages
- Set up realistic project timelines with IT
- Track and document project progress and milestones
- Monitor implementation budgets
- Ensure reporting and escalation to senior management
- Prepare and host project meetings and workshops
- Contribute to steering meetings
- Keep stakeholders informed on project status
- Maintain overview of required and available resources
- Highlight potential bottlenecks
- Test implemented solutions for quality
- Ensure functional integration of technical developments
- Document and track testing effort and progress
- Introduce and hand over new processes to the data quality team
- Prepare training documentation
- Facilitate and host trainings
