Senior Customer Success Manager, Oil & Gas(m/w/x)
Value engineering for ANYbotics' industrial robotics solutions in Oil & Gas. Pre-sales scoping and ROI case building required. Employee stock ownership plan.
Anforderungen
- Significant pre-sales/customer success experience in Oil & Gas
- Proven track record selling/scoping/managing APM, industrial software, IoT, or robotics solutions
- Ability to build ROI cases and present business value
- Strong structured project management skills
- Comfortable working across sales, technical teams, and customer stakeholders
- Strong communication skills across diverse audiences
- Engineering degree or comparable technical background
- Willingness to travel approx. 50% of time
- Experience with industrial robotics, autonomous inspection, or remote operations
- Familiarity with APM, industrial software, or industrial IoT environments
- Industry knowledge in Chemicals or process industries
- Technical familiarity with Linux, networking, ROS, Git, Python
- German language skills
Aufgaben
- Lead value engineering and customer success for strategic Oil & Gas accounts
- Focus on Pre-Sales Value Engineering for ANYmal X launch
- Help customers transition from interest to successful deployment and business value
- Act as a senior customer-facing advisor for Oil & Gas accounts
- Define strong use cases and ensure solutions tie to clear business value
- Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to build ROI models and business cases
- Conduct site evaluations to align deployments with operational requirements
- Shape Value Realization Plans with use cases, milestones, and integration pathways
- Support customers through deployment and adoption, maintaining momentum
- Build trusted relationships across customer organizations
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to incorporate customer feedback
- Help customers integrate robotics into operations
- Align technical capabilities with business processes and stakeholder expectations
