- Strong experience deploying, integrating, and debugging robotic software systems
- Experience with ROS ecosystem
- Solid Linux proficiency
- Fluency with Git or other version control systems
- Good programming skills in C++ and Python
- Willingness to travel to customer sites internationally
- Valid Category B driving license
- Hands-on mechanical or electronics experience
- Experience with CAN communication protocols
- Previous customer or technical project management experience
- Professional or native proficiency in German
- Practical experience repairing vehicles, machinery, bicycles, or electronics
- Experience operating or working with construction or agricultural machinery
- Enthusiasm for the role
- Proficiency in English
Aufgaben
- Lead technical execution of customer deployment projects
- Own end-to-end technical planning and coordination
- Collaborate closely with Operations
- Serve as primary technical contact for customers
- Provide hands-on technical support to customers and end users
- Perform regular system testing for reliability and performance
- Generate performance reports
- Identify and resolve issues with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment processes
- Enhance tooling and best practices
