- Problem-solving ability, action-orientation, perseverance
- Workload and time organization for high standards, meeting deadlines, setting priorities
- Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate
- Experience in relevant SAP processes
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Timeliness and accuracy of paramount importance
- Fluent English skills, German skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Lead co-packing operations for service, cost, health, safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, and compliance
- Work with internal and external business partners for effective management and timely execution
- Manage inventory and interface monitoring
- Execute track and trace activities
- Manage claims and invoices
- Execute compliance activities for HSE, quality, and risk management
- Support tenders and third-party performance management
- Administer and replenish co-pack production timely and accurately
- Support management with inventory and bill of material management
- Manage weekly production purchase orders and ensure timely closure
- Ensure accuracy of prices, WIP SKUs, and bills of materials in purchase orders
- Ensure timely delivery of WIP and packaging items
- Support co-packers, transport, and distribution centers with short notice WIP requests
- Resolve logistical, administrative, and invoice issues related to delivery failures
- Monitor inbound and outbound transport movements to and from co-packers
