- University degree (Business Administration or Packaging Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 5 years working experience (FMCG area preferred)
- CS&L area working background advantageous
- Strong project management skills (supply chain and commercial context)
- Packaging development skills
- Self-driven and business oriented skills
- Strong problem solving, organisation, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Learning agility and willingness to look into details
- MS Office fluency
- Excellent English and German skills
Aufgaben
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project governance, budget, and timelines
- Maintain build quality and operational readiness
- Prepare projects for successful go-live
- Deliver prefilled displays, assorted units, and multipacks
- Lead or co-lead new display platform developments
- Ensure customization program governance
- Lead Co-pack Projects in the Area
- Facilitate smooth handover to business as usual
- Identify and implement Continuous Improvement opportunities
- Contribute to co-pack productivity targets
- Ensure program and co-pack budget governance
- Drive effective communication between stakeholders
- Work with PCM, Co-pack Operations, Category Development, Sales, and Brand Marketing
- Collaborate with external packaging suppliers and co-packers
