- Professional experience in consulting, transformation, innovation, or change management, ideally in international projects
- Experience with generative AI, AI assistants, prompt engineering, and AI use case identification, validation, and scaling
- Technology focus area: Microsoft Modern Work, Microsoft CRM/Dynamics 365/Customer Engagement, or SAP

- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel for project work
- Experience in innovation and idea management, knowledge of process automation and agent-based AI, proficiency with agile methods
