Aufgaben
- Manage day-to-day operational relationships with top European financial institutions
- Provide exceptional support through Zendesk, Slack, and weekly check-ins
- Act as the first escalation point for complex operational and administrative issues
- Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and identify areas for improvement
- Advocate for client interests internally, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Set standards for transparent and trusted client communication
- Conduct ad-hoc and structured touchpoints with clients weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Contribute to Upvest’s success as a shareholder
