Aufgaben
- Bridge the wealth gap in Europe
- Revolutionize a new generation of pensions in Germany
- Build and manage pensions processes for transfers, contribution management, bonus applications, and edge case handling
- Scale and lead the pensions operations team
- Mentor and manage team members as business grows
- Act as a subject matter expert for Upvest’s German pension products
- Train staff and contribute to daily tasks
- Build relationships with clients' operational teams
- Assist clients in supporting end-users with pension queries
- Contribute to building a best-in-class product
- Optimize workflows and implement automation and AI
- Design operational improvements while ensuring compliance
- Address potential risks to support reliable and secure operations
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Treasury, and other teams
- Support efficient processes and address challenges
- Participate in projects to scale pension offers
- Monitor key metrics to provide insights for business decisions
- Improve performance based on key metrics
