  • Partnership building, maintenance, and synergy with distribution network
  • Understanding Microchip's technological capabilities and translating to client business requirements
  • Confident communication with C-Level and Top Management
  • Good understanding of embedded electronic system solutions and R&D engagement
  • Market-specific analysis creation and mapping to Microchip solutions
  • Understanding Microchip's technological capabilities and translating to client business and system requirements
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and platforms for productivity, decision-making, customer engagement
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering with strong academic track record
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Business fluent German and English language skills
  • Relevant market knowledge and industry experience
  • Strategic/Critical Thinking: problem-solving, client pain points, brainstorming solutions
  • Communication: tailored, authoritative, strong verbal and written skills, presentation delivery
  • Interpersonal Influence: using rational/emotional drivers for client value conversations
  • Networking: identifying stakeholders, building connections, driving consensus, internal cooperation
