- •5–8 years experience in sales or account management
- •Experience managing strategic customer accounts
- •Execution of strategic account plans
- •Background in solution-based selling and negotiation
- •Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners
- •Ability to manage sales pipelines and forecasts
- •Industry-specific experience advantageous
- •Strong business and financial acumen
- •Fluent German and English
- •Experience with Automotive customers advantageous

- •Analyze market trends and account risks
- •Forecast account pipelines and sales results
- •Collaborate with internal teams for customer success
- •Coordinate with partners to maximize customer value
- •Monitor and protect account profitability margins
- •Support contract negotiations and investment strategies
- •Lead and finalize price and contract negotiations
- •Maintain accurate performance reporting and documentation
