Aufgaben

• Steer multiple product categories strategically for the Austrian market
• Shape country-level performance, growth, and direction
• Align category initiatives with country targets and commercial priorities
• Contribute to the Country Management Team steering committee
• Support key country-level initiatives in a fast-moving e-commerce environment
• Translate company and country targets into concrete category initiatives
• Initiate corrective actions when performance deviates from plan
• Collaborate on annual planning and forecasting processes
• Provide category expertise and data-driven recommendations for financial planning
• Optimize assortment strategy and the onboarding roadmap
• Develop bundles and sets to increase average order value
• Increase contribution margin while ensuring strong market coverage
• Act as a strategic interface for cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute to specific country-related projects
• Lead and develop a team of three Category Managers
• Foster efficient processes and scalable ways of working
