- Steer multiple product categories strategically in Austria
- Shape performance and growth at the country level
- Translate company targets into concrete category initiatives
- Initiate corrective actions for performance deviations
- Collaborate on annual planning and forecasting processes
- Provide category expertise and data-driven recommendations
- Optimize assortment strategy and onboarding roadmaps
- Develop bundles and sets to increase order value
- Maximize contribution margin and market coverage
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for aligned execution
- Contribute to specific country-related projects
- Lead and develop a team of three Category Managers
- Foster efficient processes and scalable ways of working
