Anforderungen

• •5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or closely related role
• •At least 2 years in leadership or people management capacity
• •Proven experience in online retail platforms, online marketplaces, or ecommerce environments
• •Strong expertise in analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adobe, or equivalent)
• •Demonstrated success in driving insights impacting product strategy and customer experience
• •Deep knowledge of experimentation methods (e.g., A/B testing, causal inference)
• •Strong communication and storytelling skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• •Proven ability to coach, inspire, and grow analytics talent
