Aufgaben
- Drive advanced material technologies
- Serve as technical key contact for leading PCB makers
- Engage with OEMs in advanced market fields
- Lead new technology discussions from concept to production
- Participate in advanced material development for IC/Semiconductor market
- Develop individual strategies by region, market, or application
- Define, execute, and monitor PCB material developments
- Support handover to business solutions
- Advance existing material technologies with customers
- Develop future material pipelines with partners
- Identify technological trends in your area
- Consolidate requirements
- Initiate new material developments
- Coordinate projects with global R&D, factories, and sales
- Participate in bringing new technologies to market
- Contribute to new organizational setup
- Grow with the team
- Contribute ideas for organizational development
