Anforderungen
- •Education in life sciences, analytics, pharmacy, biochemistry, or equivalent
- •Functional and/or technical knowledge in CDMO/CMC services
- •3 to 5 years of experience in business development
- •Strong resilience and willingness to grow customer portfolio
- •Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- •Self-starter with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently
- •Fluent English in speaking and writing, additional languages appreciated
- •Willingness to travel to visit clients and operational sites

- •Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media
- •Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
- •Conduct discovery calls and pitch solutions to meet client needs
- •Ensure high-level communication with clients in collaboration with experts
- •Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders in R&D, procurement, and executive teams
- •Plan and follow up on commercial visits and roadshows, representing the organization at industry events
- •Maintain a strong understanding of the commercial landscape to identify market growth opportunities
- •Collaborate with Marketing to identify new opportunities
- •Maintain accurate CRM records and report on key sales metrics
- •Lead pricing and contract negotiations aligned with internal delivery capabilities and margin goals
- •Create best-in-class RFPs for efficient proposal submission
- •Achieve fixed objectives in terms of Order Entry
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, project management, and technical teams to ensure delivery excellence
