Aufgaben
- Lead business discovery workshops to analyze, benchmark, and map end-to-end commercial processes
- Design standard operating procedures for field sales teams
- Optimize trade spend workflows, including promotional planning and ROI analysis
- Translate business requirements into functional user stories and process diagrams
- Partner with Solution Architects to align platform configurations with commercial objectives
- Define and govern core master data requirements
- Develop end-to-end training materials and change management plans
- Lead training sessions, train-the-trainer workshops, and simulation labs
- Support the business in delivering end-user training
- Create user-friendly training collateral and quick-reference guides
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business personas
- Drive change management, training strategy, and user adoption initiatives
- Facilitate solution playback sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and demonstrations
