- Proven success in bringing models from research to production
- Experience in agile, cross-functional teams
- Strong sense of ownership and delivery focus
- Expertise in prediction and perception
- Expertise in planning
- Expertise in end-to-end learning
- Expertise in vision-language-action models
- Expertise in world models for driving
- Expertise in reinforcement learning
- Expertise in fine-tuning of vision-language-models
- Expertise in machine learning safety concepts
- Hands-on experience with Python-based ML stacks
- Hands-on experience with production ML environments
- Thorough understanding of automated driving functions
- Thorough understanding of typical automated driving software stack
- Very good written English skills
- Very good spoken English skills
- Knowledge of German (written) is an advantage
- Knowledge of German (spoken) is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Develop advanced machine learning architectures
- Shape ML development scaling
- Conduct independent research
- Identify technology gaps
- Contribute to closing gaps
- Implement technical concepts and prototypes
- Collaborate with industrial and academic partners
- Engage with start-ups
- Discuss with university researchers
- Draft research plans
- Contribute to product and feature roadmap
