Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or comparable qualification
- Several years hands-on experience in ML-based ADAS or autonomous driving development
- Strong understanding of perception, prediction, planning, end-to-end driving systems
- Proven production experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Demonstrated ownership in AD/ADAS, robotics, or large-scale autonomy stack
- Deep expertise in large-scale model development, training, evaluation, error analysis, optimisation
- Ability to derive complex function changes and implement production-ready
- Experience in safety-critical or regulated environments (plus)
Aufgaben
- Develop and industrialize end-to-end ML algorithms for ADAS.
- Design and improve human-like driving behavior with advanced models.
- Execute full training and evaluation cycles.
- Perform data selection and scene analysis.
- Conduct error diagnosis and validation.
- Validate new function states for markets and ODDs.
- Translate market needs and regulations into production functions.
- Incorporate user behavior for international deployment.
- Advance explainability and context modeling for voice interaction.
- Contribute from prototyping to series release.
