Designing and building production-grade AI and GenAI solutions for next-gen mobility. At least 3 years industrializing AI/ML systems in production required. 6 weeks annual leave, overtime compensation.

Anforderungen

  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or comparable technical field
  • At least 5 years professional software engineering experience with strong Python skills
  • At least 3 years practical experience building and industrializing AI, GenAI or ML-based systems in production
  • Strong understanding of modern AI system design including LLM integration, orchestration, RAG, evaluation, monitoring, APIs and deployment
  • Practical experience with cloud-based engineering environments, preferably AWS or Azure, including CI/CD and modern DevOps practices
  • Ability to take technical ownership in ambiguous situations and translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions
  • Willingness and proven ability to work across changing domains, teams and use cases

  • Define reusable engineering patterns
  • Establish technical standards and best practices
  • Support less experienced engineers
  • Conduct code reviews
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance
